Site Merchandising Coordinator

FIGS is looking for a Site Merchandising Coordinator who is energetic, creative, and detail-oriented to help with the product upload and set up for product launches. This person will play an important role in the success of FIGS, partnering across Marketing, Operations, and working closely with the rest of the Merchandising team coordinating the development of our releases and seasonal collections.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for supporting end to end setup of all products for site, including but not limited to SKU information, product categories, color swatches, images, copy, tagging, badging, etc.
• Assist in daily maintenance of the digital product catalog, pricing, and product data, ensuring all consumer-facing content is loaded, accurate and functioning properly
• Ensure customer experience is seamless by performing a series of checks of product pages, category pages, cross-sells, search keywords, navigational elements, etc.
• Work cross-functionally with the marketing and creatives teams to coordinate all product imagery and details
• Support weekly product launches by creating and uploading CSVs to Shopify and tagging all products with attributes to power collections, customer reviews, product information, etc.

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years in an Ecommerce function, preferable Site Merchandising or Merchandising
• Experience in Shopify
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience with headless commerce a plus
• Must be very detail oriented and extremely organized
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Able to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
