This position is responsible for providing leadership and mentorship with hands-on support to strategic programs and large projects on Tiffany's IT portfolio, heading our Center of Excellence for program, project and product management.
The Head of Program Management COE will drive the development of accurate business cases, carry out consistency across programs/projects/product (including related PPM tools) and promote high quality delivery.
Through regular evaluations at different stages of programs/projects, they will collaborate with IT teams on appropriate remediations to drive value realization.

Through regular evaluations at different stages of programs/projects, they will collaborate with IT teams on appropriate remediations to drive value realization.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a center of excellence for program/project/product (3P) delivery to empower IT teams to deliver consistently, predictably, and with leading-practice tools
- Delivery playbook:
- Continuously evolve "fit for purpose" best practice guidance to 3P managers, based on risk and complexity
- Regularly assess and develop/update key practices, training materials and related tools for 3P management
- Drive the adoption of those practices across the IT organization
- Health checks:
- Run independent assessment of program/project performance and resolve whether it is being led effectively and is on track to achieve its goals
- Partner with program/project leads to review assessment recommendations and implement as needed
- Promote a culture of business innovation and continuously seek opportunities for improvement within role, processes, team, and the IT organization
- Responsible for coaching and mentoring 3P managers
- Build assessment's report of program/project performance findings and develop recommendations /remediation plan
- Detail a ‘program/project assessment' process to accelerate learning and enable replicability
- Actively participate in PMO Community of Practice, and collaborates closely with others
- Support the development of prioritized business cases to secure appropriate funding and resources for successful program/project delivery
- Facilitate core meetings and workshops
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field and/or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of increased responsibilities in 3P management
- 7+ years of experience leading global, cross-functional, and sophisticated programs
- 5+ years of experience setting up and leading product teams
- Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SAFe SPC) or practitioner certification
- Experience with program/project health checks and interventions
- Ability to inspire change through consultation and teamwork
- Must be a high energy and engaging leader who can influence audiences
- Nurture and develop relationships optimally to evolve processes and procedures with a "fit for purpose" attitude
- Ability to make data bring together specific and relevant insights
- Must enjoy learning, and be passionate about continuous improvement
- Has the ability to think strategically but also has an eye for the detail
- Must have a "can-do" and "will-do" demeanor with respect to accomplishing goals and satisfying the needs of internal and external customers
Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience in consulting with top consulting company
- PMI's Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification or other accreditation to recognized industry qualification
