Job Details

We are looking to hire an E-commerce Manager with an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of  E-commerce platforms, customer acquisition and retention, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). You would be expected to have meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, and great content creation and writing skills. 

To ensure success, a website manager must display an excellent understanding of content management systems (CMS) and will be comfortable troubleshooting the website and constantly improve the User Experience (UX) of the website.

Website Manager Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade Koraru's website on the front end and manage the back end on Shopify and other marketplaces the brand operates on. 
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
  • Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
  • Create appropriate website content aligned with Koraru's strategy. ( Update imagery, organise blogs, keep website updated with newest information).
  • Improve the User Experience of the website regularly.
  • Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets Koraru's standards.
  • Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics. ( Will not need to create ads and manage ads accounts)
  • Interact with current subscribers and customer base using Klaviyo. ( Create e-mail flows, newsletters) 
  • Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
  • Customer care: acquire and retain customers, be the liaison between customers and warehouse.
  • Directing the e-commerce team: coordinate with warehouses about items, oversee and ensure everything runs smoothly so that customers receive their packages on time. 

Website Manager Requirements:

  • Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC).
  • Experience with Shopify 
  • Experience in e-commerce 
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills.
  • Ability to understand customers' needs and adjust accordingly.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communicator
