THE ROLE

The Digital Customer Experience Specialist will be an integral part for the Digital Business team, leading Digital Analytics to drive business results and foster data driven strategy. You will be collaborating with Digital Product Development team, eCommerce team, Digital Marketing, Digital Merchandising and Customer Service. You will be focus on a deeper understanding of data advising best practice to translate the insights into actions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Support the Analytics strategy and Tracking implementation working closely with Digital Product Development Team
    • Data manipulation and data analysis to identify business insights
    • Design, deploy and maintain of Dashbaords
    • Drill down eCommerce KPIs and layer additional insights to determine the factors that are influencing business performance
    • Develop ad hoc reports and analysis of online proprieties focusing on behavior, acquisition, user experience and conversion, to deliver insights and drive decisions
    • Drive CRO activities, such as A/B testing and Heatmaps, in close collaboration with Digital Product Development teams
    • Synthesize findings to provide a better understanding of customers, give insight into business value, and identify potential usability issues and design opportunities


WHO YOU ARE

    • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, working in similar role/environments (preferably in fashion/retail companies)
    • Strong analytical skills, ability to query, analyze and process qualitative/quantitative data
    • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as DataStudio and Tableau
    • Knowledge and usage of Google Analytics Dataset and Google Analytics 360
    • Knowledge of A/B Testing and tools such as ContentSquare
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and growing environment
    • Ability to create and manage cross functional relationships
    • Keen in delivering results and problem-solving attitude
    • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent communication, presentation and deadline-management abilities.
    • Positive and adaptable attitude
    • Fluency in English, a second language is a plus
