The Director, Retail Excellence reports to the President, Asia Pacific and collaborates with corporate, in country retail leaders and their store leadership teams to improve retail performance and retail excellence across the region. The Director, Retail Excellence monitors and reviews the performance of each store and partners with the President and country retail leadership to enhance performance across sales, client experience, store and team productivity, operations and compliance. The Director, Retail Excellence also collaborates with store leadership and the regional store planning team and operations/facilities teams to ensure that all stores reflect the Tiffany brand image at all times.
