As the Sales Executive, reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for maintaining showroom activities, while fostering positive relationships with existing clients and suppliers.
As an experienced Sales Executive, who is fluent in English, with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and as someone who believes in stellar customer service, you will act as a brand ambassador at all levels. 

Some of What You’ll Do:

  • Manage corporate showroom activities, to guarantee the best on-brand experience for all guests 
  • Responsible for the visual merchandising in the showroom, ensuring it’s updated from the receipt of new collections to editing after cancellations.
  • Maintain showroom inventory, ensuring its up to date, while tracking sample receipts and shipments
  • Create, maintain, and share appointment calendar for corporate showroom and trade shows, coordinating with the international sales team
  • Provide showroom walk through and present the brand to new customers and international guests
  • Make sure qualitative assortment goals are met with reference to key hero items and best sellers
  • Act as a brand merchandising consultant for clients, to optimize their assortment and performance
  • Manage relationships with vendors and manage the office, food and beverage supplies
  • Control seasonal budgets/targets for clients, ensuring they are met or exceeded
  • Submit orders during market on daily bases, working with Customer Service to correct issues and ensure they are entered in the system accurately
  • Work closely with the Sales Management to minimize and replace cancellations from orders
  • Communicate the brand philosophy acting as a brand ambassador at all levels

Some of What You’ll Need: 

  • Experience in a premium/luxury environment
  • Good product knowledge and ability to train
  • Excellent knowledge in Excel and PPT
  • Fluent in English
  • French and/or German a plus
