THE ROLE

The WFO team is looking of a ROI & SG&A planning specialist to help and support decision-making inside of the Global Operations Department by providing both operational and financial insight to the main stakeholders. You will also support the planning process and financial reporting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Be the Financial Advisor to the Operations key stakeholders;
    • Participate in the Budget planning and support in creating and implementing a Forecast exercise with the local team;
    • Operational and Financial Analysis for Service Excellence inside of Global ops, and Business Unit & different Geos (Headcount & Opex);
    • Consolidated all Non-Payroll Costs for Global Operations;
    • Ad Hoc Analysis requested by the key Stakeholder;
    • Be an important member of the Extended Planning and Analysis Squad, involving Operations, People, and Finance Teams;
    • Maintain Customer Compensation 360ยบ View model for different Geos;
    • Improve reporting and internal processes;
    • Identify cost improvement opportunities;
    • Model and create scenarios for new initiatives;


WHO YOU ARE

    • A professional with a bachelor or master degree in accounting, management, economics or auditing;
    • Experienced in operational and financial analysis;
    • A ninja in all Google Suite features;
    • Knowledge in SAP, BigQuery and Looker are a plus;
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken is mandatory;
