Overview

This position is to mainly be responsible for all non-digital media buying and negotiation, as well as all advertising production management including store duratran and hoarding. This role is also to support shopping mall media buy nego and planning to support business growth needs.

Accountabilities
  • Assist in developing annual media strategy and media buying KPIs.
  • Lead in all print and outdoor advertising negotiation to support marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign planning, implementation, execution, and evaluation
  • Creative selection for both scene and product (print, OOH, duratran) to in line with global branding strategy and to support local business
  • Copy development and manage translation with consistency of Tiffany tone
  • Lead 360 integrated media collaboration project to support key initiatives
  • Budget management
    • Supervise all marketing production related issues.
  • Print and outdoor production management and quality control.
  • Store Duratran and hoarding creative selection and production monitoring.
    • Manage Collateral Planning and implementation.
  • Lead collateral annual planning and budgeting, supervise ordering, logistic coordination, distribution and stock level
  • Copy translation and verification
  • Guide and monitor retail implementation and collateral evaluation
    • Marketing intelligence
  • Work closely with strategy agency (currently Ogilvy) to deliver competitors quarterly intelligence report
  • Report competitors media spending SOV, new media format and trends, consumer insights, etc.
  • Assist in developing and implementing brand track study and category study when necessary

  • Qualifications
    • 8+ years working experience in marketing functions, with solid media buying experience is a must.
    • Bachelor degree, good analytical skill and business sense.
    • Work independently and proactively in reaching the goals.
    • Give innovative ideas and solutions, think outside of the box.
    • Attention to details and set high standards and clear KPIs.
    • Hands on experience, able to connect & interact with various agencies & partners.
    • Able to meet deadline and work under pressure.
    • Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese.
