As a core member of our Customer Pyramid Talent Acquisition team, you will play a foundational role in supporting our Regional and Corporate Store Support populations recruitment efforts with a goal to source and hire top tier talent in a cost effective, timely and compliant manner.

  • To act as the main Talent Partner for the "Corporate" and Regional roles under the Customer Pyramid inclusive of Digital Business & Customer Strategy (+eCommerce), Store Planning Design & Construction, Retail Initiatives & Training, Retail Performance & Store Operations, Restaurant Leadership, and Digital Selling Experience.
  • Work closely with People Services and Hiring Managers to understand requirements of roles and functions to identify candidates who are the best fit for their roles
  • Source potential and passive candidates through social media, internet sourcing, direct outreach, and relationship building
  • Drive corporate Diversity and Belonging initiatives to impact our diverse hiring needs and strategies
  • Develop and maintain pipelines/pools of potential talent
  • Work within predefined recruitment processes while monitoring that process to identify, recommend areas of improvement and to ensure best practices are applied at all times
  • Identify and implement new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of client's business and positions and effectively research to gain an intimate knowledge of functional markets
  • Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly Key Performance Indicators and goals as set by the TA Management team
  • Use detailed screening and selection criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the candidates in the pool
  • Participate in daily and weekly client meetings
  • Be accountable for keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately updated at all times
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter license to identify, engage and source quality candidates for open and future roles
  • Identifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could inform search parameters
  • Develops a network of referrals
  • Maintain multiple client relationships with a professional and courteous nature
  • Work with clients to streamline and oversee a coordinated, effective, and structured interview and candidate experience
  • Provide a quality hiring manager and candidate experience for every role filled
  • Maintain consistent and strategic communication with candidates, hiring manager and people services team members
  • Provide consistent and accurate reporting on candidate flow, time-to-offer, hires, source, etc.

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience or transferable experience required
  • Some client management skills with regard to driving change and/or process management
  • Experience Sourcing, identifying, attracting, and screening top candidates, (both passive and active) for a variety of technical skill and experience levels.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and extensive experience working within the LinkedIn platform
  • Experience working on a field or market related roles in the retail or consumer goods area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships with a wide variety of colleagues and managers
  • Ability to influence others while navigating through ambiguity in an ever-changing environment
  • Understanding of how to prioritize and reprioritize based on the needs of the business
