Summary Statement :

The Site Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting eCommerce sales and improving conversion via product detail page optimization. The ideal candidate exhibits extensive knowledge and understanding of a quality PDP, automation best practices and methodologies, and ensure reporting consistency across different teams. The Site Operations Specialist will report directly to the Site Operations Manager and will work closely with copy, information technology, merchandising, site experience, and customer service team members.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Responsible for ensuring the company-identified top-investment-styles meet the "excellent" standard. This includes descriptive and strong product titles and copy blocks, and high-quality product images that capture every angle and texture.
  • Maintain benchmark levels of product data on product detail pages.
  • Organize, transform, and enhance product data for new and existing products.
  • Leverage existing and new data sources to ensure better data hygiene.
  • Establish and implement product data construction best practices, quality reports, audit processes and cleansing activities.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance of product pages, verifying that all data points and images are correct and applicable, to ensure best customer experience.
  • Partners with Manager, Site Operations to develop and execute a workflow for product accuracy on site based on business priority.
  • Responsible for identifying and distributing contract-worker's workload and monitoring their productivity.
  • Responsible for goal and execution status reporting on PDPs progress to leadership and other ecommerce teams.
  • Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced e-commerce team members and customer experience influencers; leads best- practice sharing and supports development around specific e-commerce initiatives

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must be proficient to advance in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, eCommerce technology/applications, eCommerce KPIs and their usage.
  • Comfort with ambiguity to handle the ever-changing digital commerce space and ability to work in self-directed environment with a high sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Experience working on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, processes, and programs, to drive quality management and continuous improvement of products or solutions.
