The Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Team guides the daily performance of our business, from ensuring products are listed and promotions are set up, to optimizing site experience, to conceiving of new campaigns and marketing channels to usher in new growth.


We are looking for a Digital Merchandising Associate to help increase the customer's discoverability and selection of products across our DTC (Web and Mobile App) channels to propel online sales and profitability and to implement, analyze and audit content. This role is important in shaping the customer experience and oversees all aspects of visual merchandising and content strategy on the DTC channels. You would be creative, style-focused, and have knowledge of sneakers and streetwear brands.


    • You will create a compelling and shoppable site and mobile app experience using customer/commercial insights to tell a cohesive story and create a seamless customer experience; support in overseeing visual site and app merchandising and content strategy; site functionality including navigation, hierarchy, and search
    • You will partner and strategize with Commercial, Marketing, Creative, and other cross-functional teams to provide a compelling site/app and customer experience that supports the business objectives and meets customer expectations while conveying appropriate merchandise strategies
    • You will identify main trends, define and manage the merchandising roadmap/calendar, and use functionalities like taxonomy and search to enhance the customer journey on our site, telling a cohesive story from commercial/marketing goals
    • You will improve categorization, navigation, and on-site search, based on trending keywords, product trends, and SEO recommendations
    • You will oversee the uploading and updating of content, image assets, and copy across collections, landing pages, and informational product pages
    • You will report on eCommerce key performance indicators (KPIs), benchmarks, and best practices to make content/merchandising improvements and testing recommendations
    • You will support in the daily planning/briefing execution of content/merchandising for all e-commerce platforms (mobile web, desktop, app) through a partnership with creative, marketing, and commercial teams


    • You have 2 or more years of site merchandising, eCommerce, and/or digital marketing experience
    • You are creative, style-focused, and non-traditional thinker who is comfortable working in a high-powered, accelerating environment
    • You can develop influential and collaborative relationships across teams and tasks, and explain a vision that inspires colleagues and customers alike
    • You always aim to solve a problem or resolve an issue with the ability to foresee needs, and change. Flexible with regard to changing priorities and business needs.
    • You have knowledge of Google Analytics, Magento, and CMSYeep understanding and use of product catalog tools, content management systems, onsite search tools, merchandising and reporting tools
