The purpose of this position is to play a key role in the expansion of Tiffany Japan's e-commerce business. This position, e-commerce/ site experience will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of site content on the company website for strategically planning business goals.
Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Operation Management/Development (50%)
Development & execution of seasonal plans and strategies for digital to drive the brand and business goals
Responsible for set up and execution of website changes including managing seasonal content, product information, product, imagery, site functionality
As a key lead of operation, manage daily e-commerce operations such as sales reporting, watching stock status and overall website management
Also, work closely with e-commerce related team (in Japan and NY) to support website development projects to improve user experience and e-commerce sales
Improve and optimize operations to seek for efficiency and cost effectiveness
Be a key player to take Tiffany Japan's e-commerce sales to the next level (20%)
Analyze sales/ site performance alongside all available data on a day-to-day basis, propose actions to improve all areas of KPIs
Identify opportunities and issues to further drive incremental sales and propose action plans with clear KPIs and timelines
Work closely with other departments to ensure the best client experience
Support development and management of e-commerce strategy, keep ahead of competition (20%)
Conduct data analysis that will guide the strategic direction of e-commerce business
Keep innovating digital marketing methodology to drive growth of e-commerce revenue and to stay ahead of the competition in digital marketing
Propose objectives/KPIs for all projects, closely monitor and analyze results, share and utilize findings/data for further action to improve the seamless and best in class client experience
Contribute to build a team of excellence (10%)
Demonstrate professional knowledge and skills to other team members
Closely work with other departments (in Japan and NY) as an active Japan e-commerce representative
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in online business, preferably in the retail industry but not necessarily in the luxury industry. Start-up experience is a plus
Experience in digital marketing which is especially for performance media planning, execution management, and follow-up evaluation
Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc
Knowledge of CMS (Demandware knowledge is a plus), HTML knowledge welcomed
Self-starter with high level of initiative, creative problem solving-skills and strong sense of Ownership
Great communicator and team player
Adaptability and Flexibility
