Job Details

The Brand Manager, COH Men will play a key role in the development, on-going management and growth of the Citizens of Humanity Men’s division. 

This person will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the sales, PR, brand marketing, digital, and creative teams to ensure our global business goals and brand initiatives are aligned and supported. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report into the Senior Director of Brand Marketing and Communications and work closely with the Senior Director of Sales for COH Men and to engage our current and target audience, support our retail partners, drive growth and awareness of the Global Men’s Division.  
  • Build existing and establish new brand partnerships including international retail accounts, brands, tastemakers and press. 
  • Handle dedicated men’s social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. 
  • Handle press outreach with brand news and announcements, product pitches, new collections and sustainability initiatives. 
  • Liase with the PR team on seasonal gifting program for the Men’s collection. 
  • Work closely with creative team on ideation and delivery of brand-specific, topical, relevant content to our customer and target customer. 
  • Monitor men’s fashion and retail market trends and industry research.  
  • Work alongside sales team and retailers creating optimal merchandising and education tools

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Previous experience in men’s fashion marketing, PR, brand management, and/or publishing ideal
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with an ability to apply those skills and knowledge across multiple platforms
  • Creative, positive, high-energy attitude and a strong sense of urgency and teamwork
  • Strong project management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills 
  • Solid computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable collaborating internally and externally
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to take projects and run with them
  • Interest in men’s fashion and retail industries, fashion experience and understanding of industry is a plus
