We are looking for a motivated and empathic sales consultant with excellent communication skills to act as Safiyaa brand ambassador and take care of private sales appointments in our private studio. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales consultant who would like to move from busier shopfloor to a private setting of the studio, delivering a bespoke engaging shopping experience for Safiyaa clientele. The ideal candidate will have At least 1-2 years sales experience in luxury retail / hospitality (we would consider sales consultants with high street fashion brands experience with immaculate presentation skills). The ideal candidate should be a team player with can-do attitude, we are a small team in which everyone’s contribution is important and valued.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Organising and managing appointments, fittings and follow ups with clients, delivering the unique Safiyaa experience
  • Driving private studio sales through building long-term relationships with clients
  • Converting new clients visiting the studio into loyal brand ambassadors through tailored shopping experience, a personable and warm follow-up communication
  • Actively communicating and providing knowledge about Safiyaa products and collections, advising clients on building their wardrobe with Safiyaa timeless garments
  • Opening and closing the studio (maintaining visual merchandising standards, making sure the studio is always tidy and ready for clients, handling organisational support tasks)
  • Coordinating the fittings calendar and communication between the studio and the atelier regarding the timely delivery of clients’ garments
  • Working closely with the press team on loaning any samples for the press and follow up on their return in timely manner
  • Helping in preparation to the wholesale appointments and during the appointments
  • Helping and participating in sales events, trunk shows and other sales activities (this may include traveling)
  • Liaising with customer service and atelier teams regarding all client communication and sales, maintaining the appointments calendar, and following up with all clients
  • Carefully organising and maintaining the stock at the studio, performing monthly stock-takes
  • Updating and maintaining database and other client related platforms
  • Helping with other tasks when needed
