The ideal person in this role maintains strong relationships with retention accounts and identifies opportunities to help these relationships grow and thrive.

Essential Functions
- Contribute to and execute strategies set by management to maximize sales and margins, support and promote the brand and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Actively seek opportunities to build and expand current businesses with all distribution levels.
- Spearhead the targeting of new accounts and partnerships.
- Make product presentations to Buyers to identify assortment plans and sales opportunities and maximize sales growth.
- Contribute to and execute strategies set by management to maximize sales and margins, support and promote the brand and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Create and maintain seasonal forecasts by door and category.
- Achieve Quarterly and Seasonal Sales Goals.
- Assemble and monitor profitability by account and identify areas of opportunity regarding sell-through, markdowns, cancellations, returns, etc., and make recommendations to customers.
- Set up and work tradeshows.
- Partner with finance and operations to ensure proper credit, shipping, and bookings for each customer.
- Manage communications and feedback between individual customers and internal partners.
Knowledge Skill &Abilities
- Minimum of 3 years experience. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience with Premium Fashion Retailers. Examples include Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Anthropologie, GOOP, ShopBop, Revolve, Mr. Porter, Hospitality, Restaurants, etc.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Able to work with a small team and grow with a changing business
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to travel often/as needed
- Proficient in MS Office, Strong Excel Skills
Education & Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful market management Knowledge of contemporary fashion channels and their retailers. Passion for sustainability and building brands that can make a difference in the world, Passion for storytelling and selling in a brand and not just an item. Proven track record of teamwork and working well within a dynamic organization
75K to 80K base; with a guarantee of 100K minimum earnings first year.

- Visual Acuity: View read computer screen with or without corrective devices
- Environment exposure: General Office
- Other: Ability to hear and speak for telephone use is required
