YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As the Accounts Receivable Analyst for Zegna, you will manage accounts receivable assigned to our factor and review and process chargebacks. Our ideal candidate is familiar with all accounts receivable procedures and can manage daily financial transactions end-to-end.

Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivables Manager, you will work to improve processes and policies related to accounts receivable, credit and collections.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Updates receivables by coordinating and monitoring bank remittances.
  • Proper recording and application of cash, management of outstanding invoices
  • Resolution of open AR line items
  • Daily upload of Factor AR transactions into SAP
  • Manage daily wholesale order approvals
  • Review and release credit holds
  • Manage wholesale customer setup (i.e. factor credit approval of account)
  • Manage traffic violations and price discrepancies logs
  • Review, adjust and log write-offs of receivables to bad debt as warranted
  • Maintain daily cash position file showing available cash
  • Reconcile daily factor AR transactions at month end
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
  • Minimum two years management experience
  • Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication and follow through skills
  • Strong computer skills; Word and Excel. SAP, AS400
