BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The position is within the C&B and HR Cost Controlling office and will be in charge of the Personnel cost tool management and the HR controlling activities linked to all Divisions/Regions of the Group, dealing with a high level of complexity.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Management of the specific tool for the personnel cost interfacing with IT and HR users, identifying improvements needs
  • Training, guidance and assistance to local HRs in order to ensure the correct use of the system
  • Personnel costs mapping and alignment to Reporting guidelines in order to allow consistent analysis at group level
  • Perform monthly variance analysis after each periodic accounting closure and provide to Finance Administrations guidelines or operative instructions to ensure that personnel costs are booked accordingly to the reporting needs
  • Coordinate the Planning process and provide variance analysis
  • Consolidate data from the different Regions and countries
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details
  • Proactive, results-driven with sense of personal accountability
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure
  • 1 to 3 years of experience within at least one of the following fields: HR Controlling, Payroll or HRIS, Finance Controlling
  • University degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
