Trussardi is a Milan based fashion & lifestyle brand with a strong heritage and a timeless, yet modern philosophy. In line with the new direction of the Maison, Trussardi embraces and promotes a diverse mix of talents with social and environmental responsibilities at its core.

For our Headquarters in Milan, we are now looking for a full time Art Director to join our marketing team, who will be able to interface with the creative department to shape thoughts and communicate direction.

 

Main Responsibilities:

    Conceptualize key campaigns and contents that execute the creative directors’ vision and build on brand equities for all markets Incorporate a new visual language to embed in storytelling for key product launches Leverage insights to inform a creative yet commercial approach to visuals Tailor deliverables across various media channels for internal teams: social, VM, marketing and media. Oversee and collaborate on photo shoots with casting, stylists and photographers Build a graphics team to support visual needs for internal teams (marketing, merchandising, communications, VM, etc.) Partner with licensee partners and external teams (creative agency and production agency) to create visual content aligned with house values. Establish visual guidelines for the house encompassing the brand DNA and new creative vision.

 

Ideal Profile:

    Strong background with minimum 7 years’ experience Have a disruptive and digital-first mind set Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – not afraid to have difficult discussions Excellent organizational, presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills A strong and instinctive ‘eye’, with expert design and typography skills Experience with photography, direction and styling Strong expertise in graphic design and visual/video editing software An inclusive and authentic working style Ability to take direction from the creative directors and provide multiple solutions Ability to prioritize (quickly and efficiently) with tight deadlines and follow through An understanding of balancing brand equity and business priorities in a visual narrative
