About the Role

In this role, you will provide end-to-end change management communication and storytelling support within the Asset Protection Team. You will engage diverse stakeholders (i.e., senior leaders, front line staff, and all levels in-between) to ensure that business and organizational changes are effectively communicated through the entirety of the Asset Protection organization. The ideal candidate effectively manages acting as a strategic communication advisor to leaders, manages employee communications channels etworks, and composes communications assets. Knowledge of the Prosci ADKAR model is preferred, but not required.

What You'll Do

  • Structure- Applies methodology and what we know about people, change, and results and organizes it into a simple process that teams can execute to develop change management strategies and plans that increase adoption and team effectiveness.
  • Strategic Communications Advisor: Provide senior leaders and people leaders with recommendations to ensure communication through the entirety of the Asset Protection organization. In this capacity, you will build skills and confidence among leaders to communicate timely information that impacts their teams.
  • Compose Communication Assets: Package content in a clear, more consumable format. Create and distribute communications assets (i.e., emails, PowerPoint slides, newsletters, etc.) to relevant audiences across the entirety of the Asset Protections organization.
  • Facilitator: Lead meetings and facilitate sessions required for change management. These sessions may include but are not limited to case for change development, leadership/stakeholder alignment workshops, change network activations, etc.
  • Manage Communication Channels/Networks: Develop a holistic communications channels etwork (i.e., MS Teams, Gap Thread (if applicable), etc.) to distribute messages to all employees. This should include guidelines and standards for all employees to ensure proper usage and minimize risks.

  • Regularly influence leadership team decisions. Ability to inspire trust and followership in others through pragmatism, business acumen, ability to communicate clear rationale and active drive.
  • Strong storytelling skills; experience developing content and project managing the creative process.
  • Comfortable taking risks and embracing innovation, a risk-taker who can push the organization for new outcomes.
  • Passion and curiosity for the business; understand the competitive landscape; strong business orientation, drive for results, and desire to win; Comfortable driving change and embracing innovation in face of ambiguity and complexity.
  • Expertise and experiencein large-scale, fast-moving, change activities - proven success influencing org. design outcomes with senior leaders
  • 7+ years of work experience including projects with a complex scope and with system and process implementations
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to change with an eagerness to learn and demonstrate resilience
  • Curiosity for technology, what drives the business, and understanding how individual stakeholders approach their roles
  • Proven track record of collaborating with a range of cross-functional teams, successfully worked through others, and ability to establish strong relationships
  • Solid understanding of how people experience change, and how change management affects their experience
  • Ability to influence and clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences including presenting to multiple levels of an organization and executive leadership
  • Ability to anticipate obstacles, offer solutions, identify resources and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
