  • You act as a reliable contact person for our national and international employees, executives, business partners and colleagues on issues in the area of family friendliness, such as pregnancy and parental leave, daycare, work-life balance and other work-related family topics
  • You have a strong customer focus and with your affinity for numbers you create pragmatic and sustainable solutions that you design and successfully implement within projects. Successful collaboration with stakeholders is the be-all and end-all for you
  • Qualifications for personal development and growth are important. You ensure that information and training are always up-to-date and available
  • You are responsible for the allocation of daycare places as well as the creation and maintenance of relevant data within the SAP system, as well as in the personnel files
  • You will be responsible for the correspondence with various partners and external institutions, such as our cooperation partners, health insurance companies, parental allowance offices and daycare centers, and you will ensure good cooperation
  • You have first professional experience (at least 2 years) in human resources and relevant knowledge, especially in human resources support as well as in project activities
  • You are confident in using MS Office and Google Sheets and enjoy working with other technical tools (ticket system, intranet, etc.)
  • You have a strong interest and solution-oriented thinking around family friendliness in a dynamic corporate environment
  • You are open-minded and can communicate in German and English without any problems in our international atmosphere. Friendliness, service orientation and teamwork are your top priorities
