We are currently expanding our operations and deploying new standards and in this context there are many projects that will need to be planned and delivered, that's where you come in !
We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and be involved in a fast paced environment.

What you'll be doing
  • When we need to implement a new system, tool, software you will be responsible for planning from start to finish (budgeting, planning, communication with stakeholders, ...)

  • Evaluating what is needed to support our goals globally - setting up new offices for example.
  • You will take the lead on taking requirements from all departments and designing a solution
  • Work with the IT support team to make sure all our people are fully supported
  • Identifying areas which need improvement - and developing a plan to improve them. This could be automation, better network design, new software or just a better way of working
  • Make sure our security requirements are met across all systems: on-prem, cloud, 3rd party software.
  • Maintaining server patching and backups
  • Working with external partners who provide equipment, software and services

Who You Are

You're innovative and curious. You love working with the latest technologies. You have significant experience across system engineering, networking, cloud solutions but more importantly, you are capable of managing projects.

You have some of the following skills:
  • Project management experience in the field of IT and Infrastructure
  • Experience setting up networks, deploying servers
  • Experience with Cloud technologies is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral expression, you will be in direct contact with global teams
  • Desire to work as a team, but take things into your own hands when needed
  • Willingness to travel to our other locations from time to time (once or twice a month)

What we offer
  • A meaningful job with an impact on the way people consume fashion and promote sustainability
  • The possibility to work remotely 50% of your time
  • The opportunity to do career defining work in a fast growing French-born scale up
  • The possibility to work as part of a global diverse team with more than 50 nationalities
  • 2 days to help Project - reinforcing your activist journey and volunteer for an association
