Now we are actively looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our organization, who will be both in charge of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands.

The Position & Responsibilities;

Human Resources Business Partner oversees the whole organization HR and recruiting procedures, from attracting and hiring candidates to evaluating and motivating employees in both office and retail.

Human Resources Business Partner's main responsibilities are talent acquisition and development but also support the team for other HR functions.

Responsibilities;
  • Develop innovative, creative and proactive recruitment/sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidate pipelines
  • Develop an optimal candidate experience programs for our HQ and retail teams
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including profile definition, talent sourcing, assessment, selection and reference checks, offers and on-boarding
  • Maintaining and developing relations with consultants and other suppliers effectively
  • Provide people and talent advisory services across business lines at PVH Turkey
  • Developing, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and reporting inclusion and diversity initiatives of human resources sustainability practices
  • Identify innovative recruitment and employer branding opportunities
  • Include creating and supporting retention strategies
  • People management and compliance with legislation
  • Develop and implement People Policies, manage on-boarding procedures
  • Partner with the PVH University Learning Team to develop ongoing People learning programs, including culture workshops and professional growth and create leadership tools

Ideal Candidate:
  • University degree in relevant field 7+ years of experience in a retail environment, proven and progressive high-volume recruitment experience
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Workday knowledge is a plus
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, high energy and likes to have fun
  • Problem solving, result oriented with the ability and confidence to create structure and collaborate in a continuously evolving environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated business professionalism, respect for confidentiality, good judgement, and appropriate handling of sensitive information
