Job Details
The Junior Digital Analyst will work on new Digital initiatives to support the business on driving sales and maximising margin. You will focus on using analytics tools and reporting data to produce insights and analysis to help inform decision making and use data sources to draw a clear and relevant conclusion, ensuring we understand our customers, track their journeys and measure the effectiveness of new digital services.
Responsibilities:
• Compile and analyse weekly and monthly reporting and flash reports as requested.
• Process and analyse datasets to produce recommendations and findings and effectively communicate analysis to stakeholders.
• Analyse data on product, consumer and geographical trends to maximise sales opportunities.
• Investigate specific issues and propose solutions by analysing data from a wide range of sources including digital analytics data, voice of the customer and session replay tools.
• Collaborate with E-Commerce and Digital Marketing stakeholders to ensure data, insight and analytics drive continuous optimisation and improvement.
• Utilise customer data to assist with business strategy and provide insight through analysis.
• Analyse and provide regular insight into the digital journey pulling out trends and reporting on performance.
• Assist with fraud screening and returns procedures as required and regularly housekeep invoices.
• Ensure all customer data and personal information is handled with confidentiality.
Essential Experience and Skills Required:
• Experience and a keen interest in customer and web insights to inform commercial decisions.
• Experience of analysing data and producing comprehensive and informative reports using Excel.
• A strong analytical approach with excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience working with Google Analytics and Prima and managing large datasets would be desirable.

• Flexible and able to work extended hours over busy periods.
• Able to lift the Health and Safety requisite limits.
