Position Overview
The Digital App Content Associate, will be responsible for developing and executing digital content plans for RLE App platform. S/he will play a vital role in partnering with cross-functional teams in defining the content strategies to support the business objectives. S/he works as a highly cross-functioning team player across numerous internal stakeholders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated digital content strategies across brands for the RL App commerce platform, with focus on driving conversion, brand value and engagement.
• Assist in the planning of the content strategy for the RL App and related marketing campaigns based on customer insights, business trends and company priorities.
• Ensure the digital content strategy balances the brand's objectives and a best-in-class customer experience.
• Create and manage project briefs (e.g. wireframes, content maps, etc.), working in conjunction with the brand storytelling and project management teams.
• Communicate the strategy and drive the change management of the project to all cross-functional team members.
• Own day-to-day maintenance of App content, working collaboratively within the organization to ensure flawless execution of App content and marketing initiatives.
• Pull content and campaign results leveraging Adobe Reporting platform.
• Analyze content data on core KPIs, including traffic patterns, engagement, conversion, pathing behavior, and product selection
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in app content and commerce.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Excellent written and verbal communication and follow through skills
• Brand marketing and e-commerce/app experience
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to embrace and maximize a changing landscape
• Highly adept at multi-tasking and setting priorities
• Proactive and positive, with a "can-do" attitude; a collaborative team player and leader who takes a thoughtful, strategic approach
• Capability to consider multiple angles in creating content strategies, balancing brand engagement against immediate financial impact
• Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for project teams and business leaders
• Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team including CIEM, business and marketing stakeholders
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Relevant work experience in e-commerce or apps, with experience in content development and optimization
