Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Logistics Operations Associate to join our Operations team in the US

About the role

As a Logistics Operations Associate you will be responsible for the day to day operations of inbound and outbound pipelines. Your key responsibilities will include handling inventory with the utmost care and attention while maintaining performance standards. Keeping our customers' experience top of mind, this position will ensure all shipments are received quickly and shuttled to the correct departments for processing. Once processed, all shipments are shipped to buyers while maintaining quality standards. You will work closely with Operations Specialist and Manager.

What you'll be doing
  • Collect inbound packages by working with carriers
  • Process all inbound shipments into our system adhering to SLA
  • Adhering to merchandise handling standards accurately tag and prepare inventory for shuttling
  • Pick ecommerce orders from stock in accordance with productivity goals
  • Prepare and ship all orders
  • Maintain and organize stock on a daily basis
  • Conduct inventory on a monthly basis to maintain storage standards
  • Participate in ongoing trainings to help improve processes and procedures
  • Monitor day to day activities and performances of the operations team
  • Ensure workstations and equipments are maintained and organized according to company standards
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 1+ years of experience in warehousing/inventory operations
  • Goal oriented and motivated by KPIs and numbers
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Flexible to changing needs/situations
  • Time management skills and multitasking for working in a fast paced environment
