Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our Operations team in the US

About the role

As a Logistics Operations Specialist you will be responsible for liaising between the Logistics OPS Team and the Operations Manager. In conjunction with the Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day success of the inbound and outbound pipeline. Your key responsibilities is to engage, motivate and drive the operations team to reach daily operational objectives, maintain KPIs and reduce/manage exceptions. Your specialist skills and ‘can do' attitude will bring VC to the next level in the US market.

What you'll be doing
  • Support operations team members with day to day operations of receiving, packking and shipping
  • Manage exceptions originating from reception and shipping
  • Monitor and track all carrier pickup and delivery times and volume
  • Maintain a high response rate on customer service interface
  • Provide ongoing support and training to all operations employees and new hires
  • Monitor day to day activities and performances of the operations team
  • Support operations manager in supply inventory levels and communication regarding reorder needs
  • Ensure workstations and equipments are maintained and organized according to company standards
  • Identify and help implement automation and operational process improvement opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for
  • 1+ years of experience in warehousing/operations management
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Solid powerpoint skills
  • Familiarity with 3PL and carrier management
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience with import/export process and regulations
  • Team oriented
  • Flexible to changing needs/situations
  • Time management skills and multitasking for working in a fast paced environment
