POSITION OBJECTIVE:
As a key member of our loyalty strategy team, this person plays a key role in setting the direction of the Rewards+ programs across Chico's, White House Black Market and Soma. This position is responsible for assisting the business assess how the organization is pacing towards loyalty innovation sales goals. This person is responsible to forecast and actualize earned rewards, loyalty bonus campaigns and program incrementality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Extracts and analyzes data to obtain insights and enable decision making to drive member engagement, program performance and new customer acquisition into the program.
•Evaluates loyalty program benefits and promotion innovation using test and learn analysis, market research, and financial modeling to develop business cases
•Provides actionable point of views on campaigns and program innovation based on insights and learnings.
•Builds loyalty financial plans and gives guidance to brand planning, finance, and marketing. Owns the relationships with these cross functional partners to ensure proper alignment
•Collaborates with test team to build plans to assess incrementality.
•Measures results in partnership with our advanced analytics group and makes recommendations to executive leadership on best ways to drive new customer acquisitions, improve reactivation and drive frequency.
•Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, management, data science, marketing, or related field required
•Master's degree in related field preferred
•5+ years relevant experience
•Proficient in data extraction tools such as SQL
•Proficiency in data visualization skills such as Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI as plus
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
•Excellent written and verbal skills
•Strong communicator with ability to collaborate cross-functionally across the organization
•Strong initiative with a bias toward action
•Demonstrates key competencies to include delivering results, cultivating innovation, and driving accountability
•Desire to continuously seek, receive and implement feedback
