Positions Available:

Client Advisor
As a Client Advisor you hold the critical position of embodying the Tiffany brand in each and every client interaction using the Tiffany touch; their own flair for making each client's experience extraordinary. The Client Advisor is an excellent communicator and brand ambassador. His or her passion for Tiffany is conveyed in every conversation and an entrepreneurial spirit is prevalent in the make-up of every Client Advisor. Developing and deepening the relationship with our clients to drive lifetime loyalty alongside exceeding sales plans is at the forefront of the Tiffany Client Advisor's skill set.

Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator functions as the lead operations staff professional and directs the department workflow of the cross-functional operations staff. This individual is responsible for all operations functions within the store. This includes overseeing merchandise (i.e. incoming and outgoing), providing exceptional post sales service and general administration. In addition, the Operations Coordinator assists on the sales floor as needed. Prior experience in retail operations with a knowledge of merchandising, customer service, administration and shipping is required.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
  • Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Client focused mentality
  • Ability to work with diverse client base including VIP Clients
  • Exceptional Verbal Communication skills
  • Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
  • Detail oriented
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Entrepreneurial, flexible and independent
  • Experience with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A college/university degree.
  • Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work is preferred.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United Kingdom
