Description of the Role:

Reports into Junior E-Commerce Manager. Working closely with the Head of Performance Marketing, Web-developer, Creative Team, Merchandising Team and Product team.

As E-Commerce Coordinator, you'll use your knowledge and skills to help to develop the e-commerce side of the business. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating and maintaining products and page content on the website.

You will strive to ensure the product range is presented as effectively as possible on the website and that products and content are launched on time. Being part of the e-commerce team, you will also have the opportunity to help evolve the website, with the aim of making it more customer-friendly and driving increased conversions.

What you will do:

  • Assisting the Junior E-Commerce Manager in planning and uploading content onto the website.
  • Responsible for uploading the new products to the site.
  • Maintaining the online store including merchandising.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues on the website.
  • Producing weekly reports. SEO Optimisation.
  • Supporting the Junior E-Commerce Manager in coordinating all the teams to gather all products information.

Your Skillset:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and recommendations based on data and analysis.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, website content and technologies.
  • Proven track record in optimising campaign performance through A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Experience of managing multiple projects, from scope through to execution.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
  • Well organised with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • University degree (minimum 2:1 or equivalent).
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Excel working knowledge.
  • Good grammar / spelling essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
