Senior Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated retail professional to sell our womenswear and menswear collection at our King's Cross shop.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- provide an exceptional level of customer service

- maintain standards of presentation and housekeeping

- identify customer needs and give knowledgeable advice and information on the collection 

- handle and maintain stock accurately and efficiently 

- follow and support our required procedures, standards and policies

- management duties as required, including administrative tasks and managing day to day shop floor operations when senior managers are not present 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- previous experience in a similar role in high end retail sales 

- an interest in womenswear, menswear and design

- able to work under own initiative, resolving any instore challenges 

- numerate with strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills

- computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

HOURS

35 hours per week, subject to fixed King's Cross rota
