Le Grey is currently recruiting for a highly-motivated and results-driven Account Director to join a small but ambitious team and work across a mix of fashion, lifestyle and interiors clients.

The Account Director will work alongside the Founder to build both the agency and the individual clients, through creative strategy, feature pitching and new business acquisition. 

Principle duties (to include but not limited to): 

  • Independently direct a mix of clients within our roster, supported by Founder and PR team
  • Develop global PR strategy and activities for the agency, as well as individual clients
  • Creative lead on client strategies and proposals, including idea and event generation
  • Work closely with clients on brand development 
  • Cultivate senior level press relationships at target publications
  • Build dynamic pitches to capture media attention
  • Lead/support on new business proposals
  • Nurture relationships with global influencers
  • Oversee client communication, leading on meetings and reporting 
  • Support the continued growth of the agency within international markets 
  • Create press assets, such as releases, announcements, pitches

Requirements (to include but not limited to):

  • Proven experience in a senior role within a fast-paced agency environment
  • Experience in leading multiple clients simultaneously
  • Strong client liaison skills and confidence in decision-making 
  • Excellent contacts and relationships at stated level - ideally across international markets and in non-fashion arenas such as design, art, travel, lifestyle and interiors
  • Proactive and results-driven with ability to work independently
  • Proven track record in securing bigger features and profiles with top-tier publications
  • Creatively-minded with an innate ability to think outside of the box
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence in managing budgets
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills
  • Flexible and easy to adapt to the needs and obstacles facing a small business, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
