Senior Area Manager - Roermond (Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein)

About THE ROLE

For our outlet store in Roermond, we're looking for you, who wants to play an integral part in developing our business and people for as Senior Area Manager.

Our stores are the life and soul of our business. They act as our main touch points with our ever evolving consumer base, they are a window to our great brands. As the world of retail evolves, we, as a business, believe that for all other parts of the chain to work, our stores must set the tone of what our two brands are all about. As a result our locations are paramount, the first class experience must be a given and our in-store standards should never be questionable.

We are obsessed with delivering great service to our customers and we truly believe that to remain relevant in today's world, we must be nimble and adapt to change and evolution. And you, as the Senior Area Manager will a key role in achieving these standards.

In this role, you will have 6 main areas of responsibility, which will include, but not be limited to:

Leading people

• Recruiting, onboarding, developing and retaining diverse talent
• Partnering with HR in reviewing and identifying opportunities to drive additional business through a continuously improved staffing structure

Trade & Sales Generation:

• Ensuring full overview of P&L of individual stores and overall performance of the area
• Monitoring and evaluating and taking action on business KPI's ensuring we exceed our sales goals

OMNI Channel

• Ensure the stores are well equipped and prepared for great omni-channel shopping experiences

Customer Service:

• Ensure all associates are equipped to provide and deliver the highest level of customer service

Product & Operations:

• Overall responsible for ensuring our stores meet high standards

Merchandising/Visual:

• Ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies including consistently deliver all brand standards.

About YOU

You're an experienced leader in the retail space, and you have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease. You cultivate Belonging, meaning that as a team leader you know how to manage, motivate and inspire large teams. You're commercially astute and a confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.

More specifically, we're looking for you who:

• Have previous experience within a senior/multi-site retail management role. Previous experience within a lifestyle brand environment is ideal.

• Have strong project and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Possess a proactive and solutions oriented mindset
• Work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace
• Can communicate proficiently in both Dutch and English - verbal and written
