Position Overview
Coordinate and lead cross functional analytics and design of powerful visualizations to support our stakeholders in making strategic decisions. Provide cross-functional and cross-brand automation solutions and tools that facilitate the day-to-day activities of International Inventory Management and Supply Planning for Ralph Lauren.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Recommend and establish standards forBusinessAnalysis to increase efficiency: · Collect cross-functional analyses & reporting needs, department tools and opportunities for standardization and automation of processes · Support projects, escalate issues and ensure appropriate implementation of plans · Provide technical knowledge on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing · Liaise between the IT Business Analysis / Data Science teams and stakeholders · Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization · Manage and champion the initial end user transition to new toolswith user guides and trainings · Provide an on-going presence 'on the ground' to help end users leverage the tools and training made available to them · Collaborate on end-to-end analyses regarding supply planning such as product buy, inbound flow, goods in transit, and excess stock at the end of a season · Collaborate closely with a Business & Reporting Senior Analyst active in the same role as the candidate

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Education level: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline. Strong technical and analytical skills. Aptitude for problem solving and turning data inputs into relevant information. Passionate about charting existing and new business processes and then liaising with IT/technical experts to turn these business processes into automated solutions. Fluent in reading, speaking and writing in English. What is required for this position: Strategic mindset with an ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects Passionate team player, curious and looking for continuous improvement Facilitation, negotiation and problem resolution skills Strong VBA and SQL skills are highly desirable. SAP BI experience is a plus High degree of computer literacy, especially MS Excel and MS Access 2-3 years of Retail or Wholesale experience
