A fantastic opportunity to join the Head Office of a successful and rapidly growing fashion business. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of E-Commerce who will play an integral role in the commercial and international expansion of Peachy Den. The role will focus on continuous optimization of the website with a focus on increasing conversion and maximising revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities:

The Head of Ecommerce will own the end-to-end ecommerce side of the brand and be responsible for ensuring the website offers excellent customer journey & digital experience as well as maximizing sales.

Responsible for the day to day running of the website, ensuring the accurate display of product information, internal links, promotions and all assets across the site to support digital marketing and communications strategies.

Responsible for the product creation process ensuring new products and categories are uploaded correctly and in a timely manner. Perform comprehensive category checks to ensure accuracy of content displayed. Ensure the Website content is within SEO standards, and suggest best practices for SEO Product Optimization.

In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, establish marketing calendars, CRM activities including email/mobile/social marketing, paid search, SEO, affiliate and display. Ensure marketing vision is executed consistently and maintain budget ownership to optimize spend.

In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, work with external agencies to execute customer acquisition and retention programs across Paid Search. Anaylse all digital marketing efforts in both GA and inplatform, allocate budget. and ensure healthy ROI.

Actively merchandise the website with the responsibility to maximise potential revenue & enhance sales. Track inventory levels, best sellers, slow movers etc. and use Google Analytics to re/merchandise the website accordingly. Implement seasonal cross-sell, up-sell tactics for products, categories and collection pages.

A clear understanding of the brand’s different customer profiles and their shopping behaviours in order to constantly improve customer journey focusing on improving conversion rate.

Provide ongoing analysis to the Creative Director and the business, sharing key insights and recommendations which support business objectives.

Experience working internationally and multi-currency is essential. Supporting on any technical projects with testing and integrations on new technology as they occur.

Use data and analytics to review and optimise the website, making data-led recommendations to improve overall UX as well as broader customer experience, sales and marketing strategies.

Enhance and lead analytics function including ensuring fine-tuned capabilities to track, measure, and report on all KPIs - with special attention paid to site performance, performance marketing results, and inventory management.

Undertake competitor analysis on an ad hoc basis, presenting findings to keep the business at the forefront of industry standards.

Managing the customer services team to ensure premium customer service.

The Ideal Candidate

●     10 years of digital experience within a fashion or premium brand

●      Analytical with a commercial focus but a creative appreciation

●      Proactive, can do and hands on approach with an entrepreneurial spirit

●      Strong attention to detail and accuracy

●      Effective communicator with internal and external partners

●      Good working knowledge of MS Excel for reporting performance

●      Shopify Expert

●        Experience with the following web platforms and tools is essential: Shopify,    MailChimp, Google                    Analytics

●      Experience within the following areas is highly desirable: PPC, Remarketing, SEO, CRM, HTML
