JOOR’s Product team is responsible for developing and shipping product experiences that create value for our users and deliver on JOOR’s mission and business objectives.

We are looking for a talented, driven Product Manager who will help scale our applications. An ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable with technical concepts and equipped to brainstorm with engineers. The successful candidate will have the ability to work autonomously, while also being able to work with a team, collaborating closely with partners, clients, engineers, designers, and other internal teams. You understand when to build something scrappy and when to build for scale. You also have a “no job too small”, “no task too great” mentality.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Write detailed product specification (user stories) and prioritize them accordingly for the engineering team.
• Plan and coordinate all of the moving pieces of our tech sprints, keeping all stakeholders informed of product changes.
• Weigh and justify product development between short-term needs and long-term strategic direction.
• Work cross-functionally between internal teams on planning, execution, and messaging.
• Partner with the rest of the product team to provide consistency and visibility into the feature request process and roadmap delivery, including implementing new tools and processes.
• Stay on top of market shifts, customer needs and competitor developments.

We would LOVE to hear from you if:

• 3-5 years experience in Product Management, Engineering, Data Science or Analytics at a startup or e-commerce or comparable fast-paced company required
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous products, with strong success stories
• Excellent leadership skills, ability to keep teams motivated and positive when up against tight deadlines
• Experience wit Scrum and project management
• Experience using MixPanel preferred 
• Experience using SQL preferred 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Industry experience in the retail or e-commerce space strongly preferred 
• Exposure to the SaaS industry or the startup space strongly preferred
