ModusBPCM London is seeking a Senior Account Executive within the Fashion division, a vital role to support the team with all communications and activations.

Reports to: Account Manager and Account Director

At ModusBPCM the primary function for our clients is creating, raising and extending the awareness around the client’s brand and their products with their identified customer and target communication channels.

The role of Senior Account Executive is to work closely with their senior account teams, having ownership of all reactive enquiries to achieve optimum results across client portfolio. The role of Senior Account Executive is a vital one. Ensuring that external communications are conducted in a timely manner to uphold the agency’s highly regarded reputation. 


Key areas to include:
- Maintenance of Media database
- Sample Management
- Media coverage (collation, analysis and reports)
- Support account team during events
- Junior level media relations

ACCOUNTABILITIES

 ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & CLIENT RETENTION 

- Ownership of reactive PR enquiries, optimising all appropriate opportunities at highest quality service
- Creation and management of all target lists 
- Feed into client and internal reports 
- Assist with asset creation 
- Attend relevant client meetings and ensure minutes are taken and shared in a timely manner
- Coordinating and communicating all editorial and social media coverage/results 
- Ownership of press mailings, look book distribution and gifting 
- Support in organisation of client events, press days and shows 
- Reporting up and feedback
- Understanding budgets and cost control

PRODUCT, SAMPLE & IMAGE MANAGEMENT 

- Set up collections in Launchmetrics 
- Oversee and assist with booking in process 
- Check inventory of new samples arriving as per client directive 
- Check brand guidelines for send-outs and merchandising 
- Create target lists 
- Perform regular stock-takes 
- Manage all sample requests (sample pulls and sending out in Launchmetrics)
- Optimising editorial opportunities by reactively sending sample and image requests 
- Manage shop stock call-ins and returns 
- Ultimate ownership of sample collection 

MEDIA & TALENT MANAGEMENT 

- Mail outs, mailers and news blasts 
- Coverage collation and reporting 
- Execute all reactive product and asset requests 
- Attend client and industry events 
- Advise and recommend new talent, new tools and ways of working to achieve client goals in this constantly evolving landscape, whilst maintaining ongoing network
- Develop and maintain relationships with press, influencer and VIP personally and across the agency 
- Support the project manager across the execution of all digital and influencer activations

- Ensure use of templates and guidelines provided
- Update and maintain third party supliers lists 
- Stay informed and pass on news of new businesses, launches across the industry
