Position Overview
The North America Wholesale Marketing Team at Ralph Lauren is looking for a Lead, Lauren Brand Marketing to oversee the development and execution of our omni marketing strategies for the Lauren apparel and accessories brands in North America. This position will lead and own relationships with sales, planning and merchandising teams as well as external partners/wholesale accounts. You will work closely with the Head of Wholesale Marketing and the executive team to establish and implement seasonal marketing which support key product and business strategies across all wholesale accounts. This role will also work closely and collaboratively with Global Marketing and RL Agency to align divisional marketing strategies with our global brand image. Candidates should be strong strategic thinkers with the ability to problem solve, navigate complexity and work cross-functionally to identify sales driving and brand enhancing initiatives. This position reports into the Head of Wholesale Marketing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Build brand desirability & develop marketing campaigns that support the NA wholesale business goals · Support Head of Wholesale Marketing on the alignment of strategic marketing campaigns and lead omni-channel activations, which include: o Seasonal Marketing Strategy Development o Advertising & Asset Creation o Digital Marketing & Media Campaigns o Coop Advertising o In-Store Collateral o Events and Activations · Serve as the lead contact with internal and external teams in the development, execution and communication of marketing materials to support all wholesale marketing needs: o Clearly write strategic creative briefs and recaps o Seasonal shot list development o Manage all budgets and timelines o Collaborate with accounts, Sales, Wholesale Digital, Merchandising, Media, RL Advertising, Global Marketing, PR, Retail Development, Creative Presentation, Licensing · Manage retailer produced digital media & coop campaigns, including wholesale.com digital marketing placements both brand led and editorial integration · Partner with accounts to collect metrics/reports and understand trends/benchmarks; apply critical lens to metrics/reports and identify areas to optimize. Communicate learnings internally to inform future strategies · Develop knowledge of business, competitive landscape and growth strategies to inform marketing planning · Negotiate marketing support in-line with business growth goals; partner with accounts and internal consumer insights teams to understand best practices and benchmarks to apply · Partner with other Families of Business to execute cross-divisional programs · Prepare polished and thorough recap documents, including measurement against campaign objectives, ROI and campaign learnings/opportunities. Prepare and deliver presentations to a variety of audiences. · Monthly marketing budget forecast for Lauren RTW, Dresses, Handbags and Footwear

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· Experience in a multi-channel marketing role · Online marketing/e-commerce experience with strong understanding of wholesale · Campaign style-out and shot list management experience · Demonstrated ability to lead successful campaigns, from strategic development to implementation and analysis · Strong analytical, project management and communication skills · Highly organized, detail oriented and focused. Ability to multi-task with appreciation · Ability and drive to identify and develop relationships with key internal and external partners · Desire to develop talent and foster growth among junior team members · Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Suite
