Assistant Store Manager, London

The UK is one of the fastest-growing and most exciting markets for STINE GOYA. To support our development in the market, we are opening a flagship store in an attractive location in the centre of London and are looking for a skilled Assistant Store Manager to help drive its success and support the Store Manager.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will take responsibility for the daily operational tasks, execute professional customer service, be an inspirational and leading part of the store team and act as an enthusiastic GOYA ambassador.

 The role of Assistant Store Manager is a full-time position that reports directly to our Store Manager. 

Responsibilities

  • Increase the store customer base by actively pursuing new audiences through networking
  • Consistently maintain the highest level of professional and personal customer service within the store
  • Ensure correct and optimized stock levels, the right assortments and replenishment orders, in close coordination with the Store Manager.
  • Organize the shop floor and ensure that the store is always merchandised according to the set standards
  • Participate in the recruitment of new staff members and reach and attract the best applicants
  • Create and retain customer loyalty by giving appropriate and personalized advice
  • Contribute to the development of our brand's image by giving a personalized, bespoke service

The ideal candidate should possess

  • Proven Assistant Store Manager experience for at least 2 years in luxury fashion retail
  • Experienced in driving sales targets and KPIs
  • Specific experience in working with Visual Merchandising and optimizing sales with these tools
  • Ability to supervise and motivate a team and are willing to take on challenges
  • High level of customer service and business sense
  • Excellent personal appearance and communication skills
  • Excellent retail operational skills & standards with keen attention to detail
  • Good stress management, flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High-level interest in the STINE GOYA brand; Passion for style and fashion and retail
  • Ability to be an inspirational ambassador for STINE GOYA
