Overview

We are looking for a collaborative and highly numerate individual with a keen eye for detail to join our People & Culture team as Pay & Reward Coordinator, UK, reporting to the Interim Global Head of Total Reward. Your main responsibilities will include managing the monthly payroll run for UK as well as support other regions when needed. You will be responsible for maintaining payroll records, supporting monthly payroll processes and managing the benefit administration.

Your Mission:

· Collaborate with People Partners and the third-party providers to make sure the data is accurate, and all changes are captured

· Manage UK monthly payroll reporting including the gross to net and other variance reports

· Manage the UK payroll and benefit queries and ensure a high level of service

· Validation of UK payroll input data using Workday in-house payroll

· Review and validate UK payroll results, identifying and explaining variances for final sign off

· Own UK pension auto-enrolment and monthly administration

· Partner with finance to make sure that all payroll items are reconciled on a monthly basis, as well as supporting the year end and P11D process

· Maintaining confidentiality and making sure sensitive files are protected appropriately

· Assisting with UK reward communications

· Desire to cross train on other EMEA payrolls to understand the local legislation, self-learn, and act as a secondary back up for the EMEA Pay & Reward team when needed

· Make sure the reward platform is up to date

· Assist with the annual Pay & Reward plan for EMEA, and input based on local knowledge to constantly improve the strategy at Stella McCartney

Your Talent:

· Previous experience of processing UK Payroll

· You are highly analytical and numerical with strong experience in data gathering and reconciliation

· You have good understanding of payroll legislation in the UK

· You have previous experience with year-end processes and reporting

· You are an approachable team member for day to day payroll and benefit queries

· You are able to work to tight deadlines and ensure accuracy

· You are a strong communicator who is confident building and managing relationships with our internal employees and external partners

Systems and Essentials

· Strong Excel skills

· Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders

· Workday experience preferred but not essential

· Account reconciliations

· Other EMEA countries payroll experience welcome but not essential
