The Senior Director, Amazon Pod Leader is an instrumental role on the Amazon Center of Excellence team in North America. The role oversees all test & learn strategies within North America and serves as one of the primary leads between PVH NA and Amazon with the objective to drive growth and transformation for the Amazon business - a key component of the region's growth plan (to supercharge Digital).

This position demands strict attention and experience with Amazon business, with a strong focus on leadership and driving growth in an ever-changing environment. This role will oversee aspects of this digital business including media, content/copy, & analytics testing. They will be charged with driving traffic and sales linked to product priorities and overall brand direction with clear revenue goals.

This position partners closely with the sales team & business units internally as well additional partnership extending to our Wholesale teams for increased transparency and a cohesive marketing and content approach across all channels.

  • Oversee and manage the Pod team serving in the Amazon Center of Excellence.
  • Be accountable for all Amazon test & learn strategies for Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and The Underwear Group.
  • Lead discussions in monthly and quarterly business reviews on main KPIs with Amazon leadership team.
  • Recommend action plans and corrections in relation with Sales team.
  • Coordinate and facilitate media strategy through the agency and the brands.

  • Empowered to be one of the voices of the Amazon business with internal stakeholders.


  • Deep understanding of the Amazon business through experience at Amazon or at other brands dealing with this key account.
  • Experience of 10+ years in leading teams in a digital capacity or an agile sprint team.
  • Relationship management skills to help manage the relationship with Amazon.
  • Ability to work smoothly in a matrix environment.
  • Strong analytical skills enabling data interpretation and action planning.
  • Ability to lead a team of cross-functional experts to fulfill a common goal.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA Preferred
