Reporting to the Global Client Services Director, this opportunity is well suited to someone who is extremely passionate about driving client engagement, highlighting new opportunities, and helping our retail sector build and maintain client databases in existing and emerging markets.

As the CRM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, nurturing and developing the CRM marketing team to support the execution of the CRM marketing strategy, while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • With the support of the team, driving our client lifecycle engagement, conversion, and revenue through targeted and relevant communications, based on insightful data and the retail activity calendar.
  • Creating content and targeting categories to key client segments at different stages of the client lifecycle.
  • Designing and delivering a comprehensive client communications preferences solution, in line with global data privacy regulations.
  • Implementing the day-to-day communication production process at a marketing and store level, inclusive of retail activity campaigns, key events, lifecycle automations and triggers.
  • Providing the business with meaningful RFM data, to best understand our clients and their shopping patterns and behaviors.
  • Delivering CRM elements of the loyalty program and provide business insights on success and opportunities, while contributing to the evolution of our loyalty program.
  • Presenting and influencing options to extend Zimmermann’s CRM Marketing channels.
  • Working with business partners across our wholesale, digital, and retail teams to build loyal client bases in new and emerging locations.
  • Participating in strategic decisions and workshops related to the evolution of CRM technology - ideally with experience in any (or all) of the following: CDP, ESP, Clienteling, Data Houses, WeChat Mini program, Automations.
  • Constantly evolving client data points, sources, and unification.
  • Influencing the business in creation of content to support CRM initiatives.
  • Maintaining and extending our CRM style guide, evolving our brand presentation.
  • Communicating CRM action plans and results to the business.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Solid experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, and omnichannel luxury fashion retail. Inclusive of managing a team in a relevant industry for at least 5 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or business-related qualification.
  • Passionate about creating a personalized client experience.
  • Prior experience as a leader, including nurturing team member success and development.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making with knowledge of client lifecycle metrics and analysis of client data.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, experience in managing a data analytics team members (preferred)
  • Knowledge of global data privacy regulations (preferred)
  • Organized and pragmatic, with a high attention to detail.
  • Expert knowledge of latest trends and best practices in CRM.
  • Strong collaborative and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • International work experience highly desirable!
