UNION Los Angeles is looking for a full-time Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team in LA. With over 30 years behind us, UNION continues to bring its customers a curated selection of up-and-coming designers mixed with off-the-beaten-path high-end brands from all over the globe. Working in tandem with our retail and ecom teams, this cross-departmental role will manage a variety of customer needs.  

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all incoming customer inquiries. 
  • Answers all emails & phone calls in an effective and timely manner. 
  • Troubleshoots and follows up with inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with our fulfillment teams to manage order updates.
  • Processes returns/refunds and adjusts inventory accordingly in our ERP system.
    • Maintains organizational workflow for Adjustment Memos related to returns and customer issues. Runs monthly Adjustment Memo reports with data pertaining to losses.
    • Continuously addresses losses specifically pertaining to this department and structures solutions to ongoing issues.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar customer care or sales role
  • Problem solver and well-organized Microsoft Office
  • Shopify experience preferred but not required
