The BY (Blue Yonder) Supply Planning Lead Consultant will be part of the Sourcing and Planning domain. Together with a team of highly competent and motivated BSA's (Business System Analysts) and BY Implementation team, this position will be leading the Supply Planning domain area and will be critical to the successful implementation of Supply Planning & fulfillment initiatives in PVH Europe B.V.

The Position

TheBY Supply Planning Lead Consultant leads the solution design from tech side for Supply planning overall. This includes design for NoS, Outlet, Seasonal, Luminate platforms and other initiatives coming from E2E planning Lightbeam.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall design lead from technology for all Supply/buy Planning Initiatives across the company as per E2E Planning lightbeam, a 5 year strategic program to digitize our supply chain.
  • By leveraging your supply chain planning expertise, passion and knowledge of Blue Yonder, you support the design and delivery of digital planning transformation.
  • With your team, you develop the conceptual and functional (solution) design of our future-state planning processes, as well as contribute to the successful Build, Test, and Deployment of this solution.
  • You build deep content knowledge to deliver impactful transformations and help our business to accelerate digitizing their Supply chain planning processes.
  • Lead the functional solution design and delivery of digital planning transformations with the team.
  • Develop extensive supply chain conceptual and functional (solution) knowledge through medium to long term transformation projects
  • Extend your focus beyond the planning platform, understanding the impact on the broader transformation
  • Support further development of our Digital Planning Transformation needs- beyond Blue Yonder on other planning solutions with Blue Yonder as the foundation
  • Sharing your expertise to support the growth of our supply chain planning team in technology.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • University/Engineering degree with 10-15 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in Apparel or Retail/CPG preferred.
  • Extensive experience within leadership role and responsibilities delivering projects in Supply Chain Management, with focus toward Supply & replenishment planning as a business domain
  • A good understanding of Value Chain Synchronization and Supply Chain Re-Invention will be beneficial
  • Knowledge of latest BY Luminate platform is beneficial
  • Hands-on knowledge of JDA Supply Chain Planning applications like:
    • JDA Demand
    • JDA Fulfill (key)
    • JDA Enterprise Supply Planning (key)
    • JDA Inventory Optimization and JDA Sales & Operations Planning
    • JDA Scheduling/sequencing
  • Experience within JDA ESP and Demand modules with deep functional/domain expertise and hands on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentations
  • Led and managed minimum 2-3 full lifecycle JDA Supply Chain Planning implementations in large and complex environment
  • Lead and participate in:
    • Gather business requirements
    • Analyze and transform to application requirements
    • Perform Fit-Gap Analysis
    • Lead Functional Design approval process
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
  • Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to industry-specific business and technology functions
