Your Opportunity

As Customer Service Specialist you will be part of our team to be the point of contact in a B2B environment.
You have a caring attitude, understand customer centricity and the ability to translate customers needs into effective solutions.
12 months fixed-rerm role.

How Will You Contribute

You will manage, under the supervision of a coordinator, the following activities:
  • Customers orders portfolio management
  • Orders Entry
  • Work with internal partner functions (Logistics/Credit/..) to deliver solutions to customers problems
  • Orders portfolio fulfillment
  • Customer data management
  • Communication to customers
Who You Are
You are either an accomplished professional or at the start of your career, either way you are a good team player willing to growth in a dynamic environment.

You have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Languages, Economics
  • Excellent English and Italian
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Problem solving and focus on results
  • Ability to interact with business functions and customers
  • Excellent organizational and technical skills
