POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This position assists with the coordination of all Temporary staff for Chico's Distribution and Call Centers. Provide superior level of recruitment follow up and support to incoming temporary employees and the conversion of temps to full time Associates.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Understands proposal requirements and identifies, resolves, and/or escalates issues that may impact submission and conversations of temp to fulltime Associates.
  • Plans, schedules, and converts temps to full time Associates on a regular basis.
  • Facilitates system and process training for client managers and suppliers as needed.
  • Acts as liaison between clients and vendors to facilitate requisitioning, invoicing, timekeeping, and resolution of billing inquiries.
  • Assists clients with requisition management, and distribution with approved suppliers.
  • Coordinates with the recruiting director, HR managers and the businesses to forecast future team hiring needs.
  • Other duties or projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA/BS degree in a related field from an accredited institution or equivalent business experience preferred
  • Experience in a corporate retail or other professional environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines on a regular basis
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Outlook with emphasis on calendar management, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Understanding of the nature of confidentiality
  • Recruiting or HR experience a plus
