Position Overview
Manager, Global Brand Image, Product Presentation Strategy and Communications will be responsible for owning the day to day flow of product, seasonal installs and brand initiatives. This role will act as a partner in the field to maintain product presentation standards in a local market, partnering with regional brand image team members and retail leadership. They will be accountable for execution of brand presentations that uphold the appropriate level of elevation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The person in this role will be responsible for translating the seasonal RLS product brand strategies and initiatives through the implementation of impactful merchandising, execution of clear visual directives and ensuring all messaging is consistent and in line with the business needs, retail goals and overall brand strategies. Product Presentation:
* Gain full understanding of brand directives and communicate a consistent brand vision and message catered to a local market
* Interface with business partners (i.e. Channel Trading, Buying and Planning teams) to ensure store maintains assortment necessary to drive business
* Drive interactive collaboration with the store management - including floor plan reviews, and weekly sales floor walk throughs to assess needs
* Ongoing partnership with local creative teams throughout all processes
* Create floor plans for monthly seasonal changeovers based on delivery calendar
* Execute scheduled changeovers highlighting newest seasonal deliveries and initiatives Communication:
* Build strong relationships with store line partners, creative partners, and channel trading team
* Attend weekly allocation/channel trading calls
* Field all questions and address any needs from a store line perspective in a timely manner
* Communicate brand initiatives to store line teams
