Position Overview
For maternity cover we are looking for smart and passionate professional who will be supporting Production Womenswear team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsabilities:
* Work in the production team that follows up the manufacturing of the womenswear Ralph Lauren luxury brands. We mostly work with Italian suppliers, but in general only with Europe based suppliers;
* Support the team in all operations concerning the vendors management - management of purchase orders in the SAP system, costs updates, PO maintenance, system downloads, cost sheets downloads;
* Liaise with vendors for all the aspects of vendors compliance, invoicing of finished goods and shipments;
* Support the team in updating production deliveries and updates in the shared tracking tool (Airtable);
* Assist in preparing for weekly meetings with the team and also the weekly call with NY team.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Successfull candidate meets the following requirements:
* 2-3 years experience in apparel production, preferably Made in Italy
* Willingness to learn quickly and to work in a fast environment
* Detail and accuracy oriented
* Essential: fluent knowledge of the English language, written and spoken.
* Strong analytical skills
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Strong communication skills and flexibility with internal and external partners
* Problem solving and results-oriented personality
