Title: Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator


Reports to: Logistics Associate


The Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that Ecommerce customer service concerns are addressed in a timely manner and are communicated back to the customer or Customer Service staff.  This position supports both Ecommerce Customer Service and the Logistics Teams.  There will be daily communication with our warehouse, internal teams, customers, and UPS. 


  • Monitoring the flow of orders from our website to our warehouse, reaching out to customers if addresses are entered improperly and fixing the data for proper import to warehouse management system Working with Logistics Associate on investigating out-of-stock orders Ensuring warehouse is processing orders in a timely manner Processing order cancellation request Processing lost/missing package claims with UPS Processing replacement orders for customs Investigating customer returns and assisting with occasional manual returns





  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills 1+ years Customer Service or Logistics experience, fashion industry preferred Ability to work in a small, fast paced environment Proficient in MS Office Must be comfortable working across multiple communication channels: Email, Chat, Slack Shopify/Returnly/RLM/WMS experience a bonus – candidate must be comfortable learning new software
