P448 is an Italian streetwear sneaker company; a truly contemporary brand whose collections are designed to empower the individual. Our brand is candid, free-spirited and relatable. The Social Media Manager is responsible for audience and engagement growth across all channels to drive sales and brand awareness by leading the development and execution of best-in-class social strategies and social marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Daily publishing and posting of content across all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Execution of social media strategy and content calendar initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency in content, copy, tone of voice and relevancy
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company and ensure a positive customer engagement and customer service experience. Monitor the social channels and work closely with customer service to effectively manage community engagement.
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through key social media platforms
- Create daily/weekly/monthly reporting on social media metrics, engagement, and recommendations to optimize our social presence using relevant analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
- Leading the social strategy for all product launches, collaborations, and special projects
- Work with influencers and manage UGC for platforms
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of Social Media Content Management experience with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand
- Proven track record of successfully executing online marketing strategies and growing social media channels
- Strong creative eye and at the forefront of social trends and innovation
- Possesses strong copywriting skills and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop channel-by-channel goals and effectively measure success
- Keep up to date with emerging platforms and technologies
- Strong knowledge of paid media
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability and willingness to travel
