Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence & Strategic Data Insights - PVH Corp.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Analyst is responsible for managing the delivery of report development (metrics/dashboards and other reporting tools to drive decision making and to support process controls for new/existing process definitions). Additional innovation responsibilities will include data gathering and analysis, developing business cases/performing ROI to drive improvement opportunities across the company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Assist in data cleaning, analysis, and presentation of analytics projects
• Understand goals and deliverables that support business goals as defined by management
• Participate in the prioritization, high-level estimation, and scoping of strategic initiatives
• Gathering and documenting business/technical requirements
• Participate in problem solving sessions with business users and management
• Assist in implementing change management strategies
• Support end user training sessions and workshops
• Partner closely with the Information Technology group to work through systems issues and help implement process improvements
• Maintain communication with the business on project statuses and issue resolution

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Knowledge of high level statistical software (R, Python, MATLAB)
• 2+ years of experience developing business and/or technology solutions.
• Ability to read/write SQL.
• Solid understanding and use of Microsoft Office. Applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint.
• Experience in corporate retail is a plus, but not necessary.
